If your Carbonrox arrives damaged, please send us an email straight away at hello@carbonrox.com and we'll make it right for you. 

We want you to be completely in love with your Carbonrox set. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The shell must be undamaged and the rocks and oil unused to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
