If your Carbonrox arrives damaged, please send us an email straight away at hello@carbonrox.com and we'll make it right for you. 

We want you to be completely in love with your Carbonrox set. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The shell must be undamaged and the rocks and oil unused to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If it is an international order, please also note that we are unable to refund the VAT and/or any Customs fees incurred.
